Character Biography:

Stefan Salvatore is the youngest sibling and son of the Salvatore founding family in Mystic Falls back in 1864. During this year, a lot seemed to happen for the young man. Firstly, a young woman by the name of Katherine Pierce had arrived in town and their father had agreed to accommodate the rather vivacious beauty. Immediately taking a liking to the Salvatore brothers, she made it her life goal to have them both fall for her, playing them against each other most of the time too. So much that the boys went from an extremely close brotherly bond to sheer hatred for one another, fighting for the woman they believed they loved and loved him back. Of course, they later learnt of what this woman was; a monster, a Vampire. Though Damon was more than willing to accept the young woman; Stefan found himself repulsed by the woman he believed to love, also growing up believing she compelled his love for her. Later resulting in both brothers death, being shot down in a desperate attempt to save her from a tragic fate that took place in the Fells Church, a destructive fire, resulting in numerous causalities; believing Katherine to be one of them. Stefan awoke first from his transformation, immediately attacking a woman, and forcing the same blood almost down Damon’s throat, destroying their relationship forever.

Since that time, Stefan has experienced much tragedy and loss in his life, especially during his blacked out Ripper stages in his lifetime. Even meeting soon to be threat and original Hybrid; Klaus Mikaelson and his baby sister; Rebekah. Later resulting in a brotherly bond with Klaus, and falling for the blonde beauty, only to be compelled to forget every meeting them back in the 1920’s after Rebekah threatened to leave her brother behind and set up a life with the Salvatore brother she fell deeply for. After being compelled; it seemed that Stefan altered his life drastically, picking up an animal diet and tracking down whom he thought was Katherine Pierce. However, it was Elena Gilbert. And the two later fell in love, even after discovering what he really was and having to deal with the troubles that soon faced them in the forms of Damon Salvatore, John Gilbert and even Elena’s Vampire birth mother; Isobel Flemming. But nothing has prepared them for what’s to come. And will Stefan find out the move Damon pulled on ‘Elena’ after the Founders Parade?
